These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases of products from 365 Peptides ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you ("Buyer") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase from us.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a qualified laboratory, institution, or business engaged in scientific research. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the products will be used solely for lawful research purposes.

2. Products and research-use restriction

All products are research-grade reference compounds intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, or any therapeutic application. See our Research-Use-Only Policy for full details.

3. Orders and acceptance

An inquiry or order placed through our website is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where we suspect misuse, or where required by law. A sale is confirmed only when we acknowledge it and payment has been received.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is accepted by Zelle. We will provide a total and payment details by email after your inquiry.
• Orders are processed only after payment is received and confirmed.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We will provide tracking information where available.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines, handling, and our returns policy are described in Shipping & Returns. Due to the nature of research compounds, most sales are final.

7. Buyer responsibilities

• Handle, store, label, use, and dispose of all products safely and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accepted laboratory practice.
• Do not administer any product to humans or animals, and do not resell or repackage any product for consumption.
• Maintain any licenses or authorizations required for your research.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are sold "as is" for research use. Any certificate of analysis reflects testing of the applicable batch only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond documented research use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your handling, storage, use, or disposal of any product, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
