This policy explains the intended use of every product sold by 365 Peptides and the responsibilities that come with purchasing them. It applies to all customers and forms part of our Terms of Sale.
1. Intended use
All products are research-grade reference compounds supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are intended to be handled only by, or under the supervision of, qualified professionals trained in laboratory practice.
2. What our products are not
- They are not drugs and are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for human or animal use.
- They are not foods, beverages, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.
- They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
- They are not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, or any in-vivo or clinical application.
3. No medical claims
We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any use other than laboratory research. Any information provided is for scientific reference only and must not be interpreted as medical, health, or therapeutic guidance.
4. Buyer eligibility and acknowledgment
By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or authorized representative of a research organization, and that you understand and accept the research-use-only restriction described here.
5. Buyer responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and disposal of research compounds.
- Store, label, and handle products safely and according to accepted laboratory practice.
- Never administer any product to humans or animals, and never resell, repackage, or distribute any product for consumption.
- Dispose of products and materials responsibly and lawfully.
6. Compliance and refusal of sale
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe may be intended for misuse, or where a sale would violate applicable law. Misrepresenting your eligibility or intended use is a breach of these terms.
