Order processing
Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed by Zelle. Typical handling time is 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States via tracked carriers.
- Compounds are supplied lyophilized and sealed; temperature-sensitive items are packed appropriately for transit.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the order is handed to the carrier. We provide tracking so you can monitor delivery. If a package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, contact us and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with your inquiry number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified errors or transit damage.
Returns
Because our products are research compounds whose integrity depends on proper storage and handling, all sales are final and opened or temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned. The only exceptions are damage in transit or an error on our part, as described above.
Storage
Store all products as directed (for most lyophilized compounds, sealed and frozen). Improper storage after delivery voids any eligibility for replacement.
